Wellness for Warriors in Healthcare
The Recharge Course
This evidence-based program shares yoga and mindfulness techniques to improve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
The Wellness for Warriors in Healthcare Program
Developed to bring awareness to the
- importance of self-compassion
- effectiveness of short but consistent mindfulness meditation
- power of energy control and breathwork
- power of affirmations
To share tools to remain calm and centered
despite challenging workplace environments, resource shortages, and the stressors of a healthcare worker’s everyday life.
Our team sought out to find solutions to:
uniquely address the common feelings experienced in the day-to-day environment of healthcare workers: negativity, stress, being rundown, feeling overwhelmed, and depression.
As daily practitioners of meditation and yoga principles, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, our team came up with remedies to address these common feelings. The remedies are: stay positive, release tension, raise your energy, come to focus, and release negativity.
Each module in this course expands on the remedies and offers many inspiring and practical tools to improve wellbeing and prevent burn-out.
